Mix for the preparation of lemon cream

(emulsifier: lecithin (soya)), wheaten fiber, modified starch, raspberry flakes (sucrose, raspberry (dry extract 33%), starch) (5% (containing wheat), vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B1, B2, B1, B2), wheat flour, wheat dextrin, aromas, anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate, A, B9, B8, and B12), maltodextrin, salt, bacteria: beta-carotene, sweeteners, sucralose. Contains: gluten (wheat), egg, milk, soy. No mandatory labeling (processing aid): silicon dioxide (nano).
Allergens: Cereals containing gluten (wheat fiber, wheat gluten, wheatened dextrin, lime starch), egg (protein and yolk), milk (milk proteins), soy protein lecithin)).
Usage: Add 32 g of powder to 75 ml of water in a shaken and shake until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture in 2 molds such as silicone baking molds or leave it in the shear and wipe the sides of the shaker with a spatula. In micro (800W) 1min 30sec. note: the smaller the mold, the faster the warming time. It is consumed after rehydration. Energy values of 32gr: 483kJ, 115kcal, fat 1.5g (saturated fat 0.4g), carbohydrates 5.2g, sugars 1.7g, fiber 3.7g, protein 18g, salt 0.46g.
